Abstract

This paper discussed on the Benchmarking business education through utilization of
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Resources Amid COVID- 19
pandemic. The paper discusses on the meaning of business education, goals and
objectives of business education, meaning of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT), problems of utilizing ICT resources in business education amid
COVID- 19 Pandemic, and the relevance of ICT resources in teaching business
education. The paper reviewed literatures related to benchmarking business education
through utilization of ICT resources during COVID- 19 pandemic and finally
recommended among others that Government should place adequate monetary
allocation to education sector and especially business education as a discipline that
gives the learner ability to provide job for themselves and evening employ others. This
will subsequently reduce the burden of economic hardship in a long run. In addition,
there should be a training and retraining of Business education course facilitators to
enable them to operate with the current digital teaching strategies.
