Abstract

The paper discusses the causes and consequences of corrupt practices on national security. It observed that citizenship and religious education, are the forms of education that are concerned with the inculcation of morals, discipline, sense of patriotism and commitment to students. While it further added transmission as possible remedies in minimizing the scourge of corruption in enhancing national security in Nigeria.
